Question 731 · Car theory test
What should a driver do when they see joggers ahead on the left?
Pick an answer to test yourself.
Correct answer
Check the mirrors, indicate, and overtake, allowing them enough clearance.
Official explanation
People on the road are more vulnerable than vehicles, so you should treat them with extra care. If you see people jogging ahead, use the Mirror-Signal-Manoeuvre routine and give plenty of clearance to the joggers when you are overtaking them.
