If a vehicle being driven through a tunnel goes on fire, what should the driver do?

Official explanation
If there is smoke or fire in the vehicle, switch off the engine, leave the vehicle immediately, go to the emergency station, and use the emergency phone to alert the tunnel operator. Leave the tunnel by the nearest available exit.
