Question 1084 · Truck theory test
What effect can wet weather have on the vehicle’s exterior mirrors?
Pick an answer to test yourself.
Correct answer
It can distort the rear vision of the driver.
Official explanation
When driving in the rain, water droplets can adhere to the exterior mirrors and obscure the driver's view to the side and rear of the vehicle. If the vehicle has heated mirrors, turn them on to clear them. Alternatively, stop periodically to clear them manually.
