Question 1617 · Truck theory test
What should a driver be aware of when driving a vehicle that has a high centre of gravity?
Pick an answer to test yourself.
Correct answer
The vehicle with the higher centre of gravity is more likely to roll over on a bend or roundabout.
Official explanation
If you are driving a large vehicle with a high centre of gravity, you should slow down on bends, corners and roundabouts. The vehicle can become unstable and roll or topple over if it changes direction sharply while being driven too fast.
