What should a driver do if their vehicle breaks down in a tunnel?

If a driver's vehicle stops in a tunnel due to a breakdown, switch off the engine, switch on the hazard warning lights, check the radio for instructions, and use the emergency phone at the emergency station to call for help. Check all electronic signs in the tunnel for information.
