Question 1748 · Truck theory test
In general, how often should a driver check the tyre pressure of a vehicle?
Pick an answer to test yourself.
Correct answer
Regularly.
Official explanation
Drivers have a legal responsibility to make sure that their vehicle is roadworthy. To do this, they should carry out regular weekly and periodic checks, including a weekly tyre pressure check. Incorrectly inflated tyres may cause vehicle instability, uneven tyre wear, and longer stopping distances.
