Question 1905 · Truck theory test
Where are the blind spots on a truck (for its driver) that a driver in a car behind the truck needs to be aware of?
Pick an answer to test yourself.
Correct answer
The areas to the front, sides and rear which the driver of the truck cannot see.
Official explanation
A blind spot is an area that a driver cannot see when looking forward or when looking in the mirrors. The bigger the vehicle, the bigger the blind spots, and you should keep this in mind if you are driving behind a truck. If you are driving behind a truck and you cannot see the trucks mirror, then the truck driver cannot see you.
