theorytestpractice.ie is an independent study tool for preparing for the Irish Driver Theory Test, operated by Avlas Digital, a sole trader registered in Ireland. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Road Safety Authority (RSA). You book and sit the official test with the RSA.
Plans and payments
The free tier includes a limited demo. The monthly plan is billed at the displayed price each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the site (Billing); access then runs until the end of the paid period. If a payment cannot be collected, the subscription is cancelled and access ends. You can start a new subscription at any time. The 6-month plan is a one-time payment giving full access for six months from the date of purchase. It does not renew by itself: access simply ends on that date, and you can buy it again whenever you need it. Only one plan can be active at a time. Lifetime plans bought before 8 September 2026 keep their access for as long as the service operates.
Refunds
If something isn't working, email hello@theorytestpractice.ie within 14 days of purchase and we'll sort it out.
Fair use
Accounts are personal. Don't share access, scrape content or attempt to disrupt the service. The AI instructor has daily usage limits to prevent abuse.
No guarantee
We work hard to keep questions accurate and current, but we can't guarantee you will pass the official test, and we accept no liability for test outcomes. Always check official RSA materials for the final word.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
