Pick an answer to test yourself.
Correct answer
The driver and the vehicle owner.
Official explanation
All drivers must have insurance covering them to drive a vehicle on a public road. It is a serious offence to drive a vehicle that is not insured. It is also an offence to allow a vehicle that you own to be driven by an uninsured driver.
