Pick an answer to test yourself.
Correct answer
Braking and cornering are impaired.
Official explanation
Incorrect tyre pressure adversely affects many of a vehicle's systems, including suspension, steering, and fuel consumption. In particular, under-inflated tyres can affect the vehicle's braking ability and its effectiveness when cornering. Tyres should always be inflated according to the vehicle manufacturer's guidelines, information on which can be found in the vehicle handbook.
