Keep well clear and call the emergency services.
Official explanation
If a driver arrives at the scene of a collision involving a vehicle carrying hazardous materials, they should keep well clear of the scene. Call the emergency services on 999 or 112 and give them as much information as you can about the marking labels on the vehicle. You should also warn other road users about the danger. Allow the emergency services to do any rescuing.
