Question 3004 · Motorcycle theory test
Which fluid is contained in this reservoir?

Pick an answer to test yourself.
Correct answer
Brake fluid.
Official explanation
Modern motorcycles fitted with hydraulic brakes normally have the front brake fluid reservoir mounted on the right-side handlebar. The reservoir can be either a clear container or one with a sight-glass to enable the fluid level to be checked. Motorcyclists should check this regularly with the motorcycle in an upright position on a level surface. A low brake fluid level will have a significant effect on the safe operation of the braking system.
