Question 3156 · Motorcycle theory test
How should a motorcyclist approach a bend?
Pick an answer to test yourself.
Correct answer
In the correct position.
Official explanation
When approaching a bend, you should take up the correct position on the road, adjust your speed and select the appropriate gear for that speed. Going through the bend, you should maintain your line and a constant speed, in order to ensure stability and maximum tyre grip. This is especially important on a road that is uneven or wet.
