Pick an answer to test yourself.
Correct answer
To ensure that passengers under the age of 17 comply with the requirement to wear a seat belt or child restraint.
Official explanation
Make sure passengers aged under 17 use the correct seat, booster seat, booster cushion or seatbelt. All drivers are legally responsible for this.
