Question 3147 · Motorcycle theory test
When travelling on a national road what should a motorcyclist do to improve their ability to see in very heavy rain?
Pick an answer to test yourself.
Correct answer
Reduce speed.
Official explanation
In heavy rain visibility may be poor due to water build up on the outside of the visor. Motorcyclists should therefore reduce speed as this provides additional time to see and react to changes in road and traffic conditions.
